The clients' brief was that they wanted the internals and externals to flow seamlessly therefore early engagement in the design process helped bring this this to life.

The pool area is also equipped with a large deck made of spotted gum. The deck is the perfect place to lounge and soak up the sun. There are also several comfortable chairs and tables on the deck, so people can relax and enjoy the view of the ocean.

The home also has a sunken outdoor seating area. This area is located below the main level of the home and is perfect for entertaining guests. The elevated home overlooks the seating area and tennis/ sports court which provides plenty of space for the family to play tennis or other sports.

The outdoor spaces are where the home really shines. The large pool is the focal point of the backyard. The pool is surrounded by garden beds, which provide a place for plants to grow and for people to relax. The plants are carefully chosen to be salt-tolerant and to thrive in the coastal environment. The landscaping helps to soften space and to create a sense of privacy.
