An extension to the back of the existing cottage in Cottesloe WA.
We removed the existing extension and extended the original slab by 78m2, which allowed us to build a huge new extension housing a Kitchen, Bathroom, En-suite, Living room, Alfresco and Master Bedroom.
The clients had a clear vision of what they wanted to achieve with the space and were heavily involved in the design of the building.
