This was an extension to the back of the property in Hilton, WA.
We added a Master Bedroom, En-suite, Laundry and Alfresco to the back of the house.
The project was quite a difficult build because of the fact that client wanted raking ceilings the Master Bedroom and Alfresco area.
The engineer designed the roof construction using 240x42mm lvl's as rafters.
We had to remove a section of the existing roof construction to allow us to tie the new section in with the old.
The client was an owner builder and project managed all the internal and external finishing trades herself.
