This bathroom/laundry renovation was carried out at the start of 2016, on a beautiful weatherboard home in West Leederville.
The space was at the rear of the property and had been renovated/changed from it's original use many times over the years.
As you see in the photos, we had to strip it back to bear bones and re-do everything, new concrete floor, re-line the walls and ceiling,etc.
The client had a very clear picture of what she wanted the space to look like when it was finished and hand picked all of the sanitary ware and tiles herself.
I think the result speaks for itself!
