The Curry residence is a sympathetic addition to an existing Federation brick home in Merewether, NSW.

The brief was to expand the house to provide a better connection to the backyard and new pool as well accommodate a growing family. Key to the design was the introduction of a pavilion style addition with a clear building form break between old and new.

The break between the two forms created an opportunity for light and ventilation into the centre of the house.
