The Smith House is a major addition to an existing 1880’s cottage. The rear addition picks up key proportions and features of the existing cottage as well as surrounding terrace style development. The proposed alterations and additions have been designed to provide the occupants with significantly more area in a modern interpretation of a traditional building typology.
