This double-storey modern prefab house clad in zinc and timber was the first customised Mod House designed by Pleysier Perkins and constructed in Melbourne by Prebuilt – featuring on Foxtel’s Grand Designs Australia.

The house includes four bedrooms, a study and a sitting room with soaring double-height ceiling and suspended fireplace. The high-quality custom joinery and finishes in the beautifully detailed kitchen and separate dining area were all installed prior to delivery.
