This new-build house on the cusp of Bernal Heights and Noe Valley, San Francisco, is a collaboration between developer Don Bauer, contractor McElroy Construction, and designer Noz Design. Completed in 2018, this home was designed thoughtfully for a family to live in and love, with custom details and quality finishes throughout. We're so proud to be part of this design + build collaborative team that seeks to upend the stereotypes about spec houses – we're bringing to life homes that we would personally love to live in.
