Eaglemont Custom New Home
Eaglemont Custom New Home
The Eaglemont Modern House is a bespoke new home designed as a contemporary sanctuary, refined, restrained, and deeply connected to its natural surroundings. Set within an established landscape, the architecture balances strong form with warmth through the use of vertical timber cladding, controlled glazing, and carefully articulated volumes.
The interior is defined by a considered material palette of soft oak, charcoal finishes, and textured stone, creating a calm and cohesive environment. Generous ceiling heights and spatial openness enhance natural light, while custom joinery and precise detailing reinforce the level of craftsmanship throughout the home.
A key design move is the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living. Timber-lined ceilings extend outward to a covered alfresco space, establishing a continuous architectural language and supporting year-round use for both entertaining and everyday living.
This project reflects our approach to bespoke residential design, delivering a well-resolved home that responds to its site, supports modern family living, and maintains a strong architectural identity over time.
