Elanora Beach House
With direct access to the beach and views stretching down to Cape Byron, this beach house was conceived to be a holiday retreat for a Brisbane based family and their friends.
The home has been devised as two wings which house different functions. The single storey children and guest wing looks north toward a central courtyard, and has a character and outlook all of its own. The double storey wing stretches along the beachfront, with the ground floor housing a communal living area, which has direct access both to the beach on one side and a private courtyard on the other. On the upper floor, Scott has created a parents wing that draws in some magnificent views of the coast down towards Byron Bay.
