The client wanted to update the tired apartment and wanted to create a timeless look that would be practical for his little boy to play and muck around while still presenting in a 'rad' space to simply hangout and entertain friends. Being a single Dad it was important that the space was easy to maintain with minimum fuss.

Initially the apartment was very tired and felt boxed in with walls and doorways which only created small spaces. We removed a couple of walls to increase usable space which also enhanced the sense of space from the moment you walked though the front door.
This pokey dated apartment was transformed from a 'grandpa' looking apartment, to a timeless space fully of personality and also feels welcoming and comfortable.
