Our Swiss | Japanese heritage clients had very specific requirements for a house and making them come together in this home was a challenge! They'd bought a 100 sq.m single level brick veneer in this leafy suburb of north western Sydney on a site with a fall, as well as lots of trees. Negotiating various title covenants and bushfire controls, Robert Harwood Architects were able to wrangle the project into CDC controls. This avoided months of time and cost going through a Council development planning process.
