With sweeping coastal views, this apartment in the heart of Cowes Phillip Island was outdated but had potential to become stylish as befitting its location.

Virtually every element of the apartment was addressed - from cabinetry, appliances, flooring and drapery down to the door hinges and hardware.

A difficult process due to the original tilt slab build, limited ceiling access and a tight floor plan especially in the family bathroom which was dominated by the hotwater tank, we addressed functionality including the addition of climate control whilst maximising storage options.

The result is a stunning apartment for the owners to enjoy for years to come.
