This family had no inside laundry facilities, a leaking bathroom and a strange little kitchenette.....

Our design focus was to create an indoor laundry where there was no room nor any current linen storage... so some creativity lead to an entirely new bathroom with washer & drier and some surprise new storage under the stairs.....
