Fairshore Duel Key

2 holiday apartments side by side were given a complete overhaul, with a inter-connecting door added to allow for a duel-key option for holiday guests. These apartments went from dark and dated 2 bed/1 bath, to fresh, light designer apartments with 2 bed/2 bath each - combining to a 4 bed/4 bath option for guests to rent out. An amazing outcome for the happy owners which gives them an excellent return on investment.
