Sunshine Dream House

This 3 level beach house was ready for an update and required all the old terracotta-look tiles to be removed with new vinyl plank flooring in a warm timber look being installed. Fresh paint throughout as well as a new kitchen, bathroom, powder room and ensuite has completely refreshed this modern classic beach house.
