Initial designs were for a 2 storey barn design but we developed the sketch designs to a farmhouse with two pavilions connected by a sunroom and mudroom/laundry that the clients will use when they come in from outside and from the garage.

The single storey design will be bushfire protected by being nestled into the hill so it is less exposed to the bush up the hill.

The living areas will be more symmetrical with pitched ceilings and exposed roof beams inside. The house will feature views that are to the south west so there will be a deck on that side.
