Soft Grey Addition / Richmond

An addition at the rear of an existing cottage on a narrow block.
Refurbished the existing living room and kitchen, built a new second storey over. Added a butterfly roof and opened up the living room corner to a new deck and spa.
A new bathroom and laundry in the second room.
