French Provincial Interior Decorating Project

The client was moving from a family home to a new build home. They didn't want to bring any of their old furniture, but start fresh and as they explained 'a magazine worthy home'. With this in mind, we developed a French Provincial theme and worked with neutral, soft blues tones in the main living areas and lilac in the main bedroom, as this was the clients favourite colour. Please check out each photo to understand the requirements for each room.
After about 10months on this project, the home looks stunning. The client is absolutely in love with her home and explains that she loves showing it off to friends and family.

Dining room. The brief for this area was to accommodate for large family gatherings, include comfortable leather chairs as there would be children and no rug to make cleaning easy.

Family Room. The brief for this room was a space that could hold large family gatherings, included a leather lounge for easy cleaning and recliners for comfort when watching TV.

Outdoor Patio. The brief here was to include large comfortable chairs and a table set that could entertain a large family. The client didn't like the idea of a wood set so we mixed the cane like chairs with a powder coated steel/alloy table.

Kitchen. Simple renovation in the kitchen to flow with the style of the home. We replaced the cabinetry doors with a shaker style finish and added the black handles.

Main Bedroom. Luxury and elegance was the words the client used. They also liked the colour purple so we introduced a soft lilac colour to work with the French Provincial style. We also custom made a lilac chaise as this was their dream to have in their bedroom
