My clients decided to downsize to a townhouse because the kids had moved out of home (making their previous home feel too big). The Emerson Edition development at Cannon Hill caught their eye and understandably so!

Drawing on mid-century modern architectural influences, this generous-sized, four-bedroom villa featured natural elements, organic lines and high-end finishes. With dark kitchen cabinetry and gold fixtures, the home came with textured render wall finishes and a light-filled atrium in the centre of it all.

To create harmony, our aim was to build on the existing mid-century era character while adding a splash of Palm Springs vibes with colour and fun.

Interior decorating was focused on the main bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining area, and the two outdoor spaces.
