Greensborough - Layers of Chocolate
Our client had started to remove the tiles from the bathroom due to a suspected water leak in the shower recess. The existing bathroom was approximately 40years old and ready for an update.
As the home is solid brick walls and a concrete floor, it presented a number of design challenges. A false wall was installed behind the vanity to allow for wall mounted vanity to be mounted to the wall and the plumbing to run behind it. The skew toilet was changed to a back to wall toilet and the small shower recess wall changed to a large shower recess with a frameless sliding screen.
Large format porcelain wall and floor tiles laid to ceiling height gave the sense of space to a small area. Our clients are delighted with the result of their new ensuite bathroom, its a pleasure to spend time in.
