We engaged Liz, Mark and the team at Simply Bathroom Solutions to renovate our ensuite and family bathroom. Our brief was to have rooms which were stylish yet practical, utilising fixtures and fittings that would look great now and 10 years in the future. The design process with Liz was a fantastic experience, she was very accommodating throughout and provided great insight and support. Throughout the build process Mark provided ongoing progress updates, always engaging us when the planned design could not be achieved due to the underlying building structures. Mark also has a strong sense of design, which lead to the installation of a glass wall with sliding door in our family bathroom. This change elevated our bathroom to another level. The team was focussed on ensuring the final product was of an extremely high standard and completely met our needs. Going the extra level to ensure we were completely happy was really appreciated. Engaging Simply Bathroom Solutions to get this project done was a wonderful choice. Robyn and the team coached us through choosing a knockout selection of fittings. The design was tricky - it's a small room, so fitting in the bathroom and a new laundry cupboard was a challenge and the team got it done beautifully. When it came to start, the team got stuck in and did an awesome job - all top notch work and minimal disruption. We were really well looked after!

I first met Liz in the Oscar & Co tile shop while looking at their range of tiles I was considering for my bathroom. She met my brief perfectly (none of the others did) and provided creative solutions to every problem we’d encountered. She offered so much valuable advice. The quote was very reasonable and well within our budget. Unfortunately we couldn’t proceed due to unexpected budget constraints but when we do our second bathroom, I’ll be sure to hire SBS. SBS came recommended to me by another parent at our school and I was so happy with the bathroom they gave me. They were on time, consulted at every step and were patient and accommodating so I ended up with the bathroom I wanted rather than one I was hurried into. Workmanship and finishes are second to none. The building team, Troy and John, were so impressive: clever, thorough and were perfectionists in the way they worked. All other trades were also excellent. We decided to go with Simply Bathroom Solution for their understanding of our needs. We had ideas on what we wanted regarding our bathrooms and powder room to look like, as well as some other variations within the scope of the works. They listen to all of what we were asking, with that information at hand they structured a plan that would suit all of our needs, with some added features that we would have never considered but we were more than happy to have them included. They delivered on what was promised, we are happy with the result, and it came in on budget to what was quoted. lets be realistic here, building new or renovating never goes as smooth as you would like it to go. As we had a few minor hiccups, communication is paramount. Get on the same page with your tradie or builder, and keep any problems to a minimum. understand what you are wanting, and make sure everybody is clear on what they are delivering or what you are wanting. Simply Bathroom solutions delivered us a finished build that we are more than happy with, with a minimum or problems during the course of the project. The bathroom renovation for our 100+ year old inner suburban house involved both expected and unexpected structural issues, and bureaucracy from the council who spent 6 months changing their mind about whether or not we needed a planning permit. Liz, Troy, and Gordon handled the design, the construction, and even the council with unfailing professionalism and enthusiasm. The end result is a perfect bathroom. A separate project was the partial removal of a wall. The result here was not what we first envisaged, for structural reasons, but communication from Troy was excellent. He always kept us in the loop, and we were always able to make decisions on the basis of an understanding of the issues. If we ever take on another house like this, these are the people we'll turn to.

I found Simply Bathroom Solutions on houzz and was extremely glad I did. Working with Liz and Troy was like a dream come true. I had contacted a number of company with no reply or them just not turning up but both Liz and Troy kept the lines of communication open and were very approachable if I need to ask them anything. The bathroom and the other works they did around our house was fabulous, and their builders were very maticulous about the way they finished off the jobs. We were also very happy with the extra trades they brought in - Zeb from Grant Electrical was so helpful with rewiring our house and putting in new down lights etc. He also went over and beyond his job by helping us get the electricity on. We had employed another electrician before we met Zeb - we had been waiting 4 months to have electricity contacted to our property, and Zeb guided us in what to do to get it on before we were to move in - obversely we will not be using the other electrician again but will definitely use Zeb! Andrew from Hydrojett plumbing was also fantastic - he listened to what I wanted done and did it. He also made suggestions which I went with and now we are living in the house, I am so glad I took his advice as what he suggested has made such a difference to the way our laundry works! Over all, I am so happy with the work Simply Bathroom Solutions have done, that I will employ them again without hesitation.

We engaged Simply Bathroom Solutions (SBS) to totally renovate our 3 bathrooms which involved the redesign & total reconstruction. The main bathroom was completed first followed by the much larger project of combining the other 2 bathrooms to provide the main bedroom with larger walk in robes & a much larger luxury ensuite bathroom. From the first time we met with Mark from Simply Bathrooms, we felt confident that He listened to what we wanted and he was forthcoming with suggestions for our Ensuite. Both Mark and Liz went out of their way to help us source the best solution for our room, and this was before we committed to them for the renovation. Once we decided to go with Simply Bathrooms, they put together a very comprehensive contract to cover the work. Once they started, a significant amount of time was spent ensuring the structural work was sound, replacing the floor, straightening walls, etc. All tradespeople were skilled, friendly and trustworthy. Mark was in constant touch with us, keeping us up to date with what was happening. Any problems were quickly resolved, thanks to the contract. When our floor heating stopped working after a few weeks, it was promptly replaced and the tiling redone at no cost to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simply Bathrooms for any bathroom renovation.

We love the new ensuite bathroom Liz and Troy built for us. The previous one was functional but not great and we had some ideas but didn't really know what we could do. I wanted something beautiful but was a bit worried about how much it would cost. Liz worked through a range of options with me to meet our needs in terms of pricing, space, and our lifestyle. It was a most enjoyable experience dealing with Liz, Troy and Mark. Even on the first visit, I felt comfortable with their way of operating, and this continued throughout the whole renovation. I spoke to a previous client, and endorse her comment "nothing was too much trouble". From the signing of a comprehensive contract, to the efficient co-ordination of the various trades, the quick response to any concerns, and the reasonable pricing, everything was of the highest professional standard. My first big Renovation/Bathroom, they listened to my Brief and helped me find tune the design along with the colours & feel that l wanted and achieved this in a timely respectful manner within my Budget.They worked well as a team and when small concerns propped up, l was reassured and the problem was promptly rectified.I trusted their knowledge and experience and now have a beautiful relaxing bathroom without the Bath from a dated Federation style to a Retreat Zen organic style with a walk in semi recessed shower.

FANTASTIC!!!!! Simply Bathroom Solutions made our Bathroom go from a 1960s run down shabby bathroom with a lot of room for improvement into something that surpassed my expectations and better than I imagined. From the beginning we received some helpful advice and inspiration as to the design and layout. As the work progressed the workmanship was of high quality. I had been contacting builders for quotes so I could get my 2 bathrooms renovated and was having no luck (outrages quotes, builders not calling back or not responding), then I stumbled across higpages and placed an ad. I was very impressed with the professionalism and timeliness from the business that contacted me to quote. I ended up going with Liz at Simply Bathrooms. She was professional, efficient and gave some great design idea on renovating my bathroom. They have completed the first bathroom which I'm 100% happy with and looks amazing. Liz and her team were amazing to work with and kept me informed throughout the renovation. I'm glad I went with Simply Bathrooms as I have ended up with an amazing bathroom that has superseded my expectations. I get up every morning now exciting to use my new bathroom. I can't wait for the second bathroom to be started in the new year as I'm sure it will look as amazing as the first one.

These people are terrific. We wished to modernise out bedroom ensuite. While we had decided on the basic design and a number of its major elements (tiles, vanity top etc), we wanted advice on many of the details, a competitive price, and most importantly access to excellent tradesmen and effective overall project management. Liz Staynor supervised the project and Troy much of the day to day work. Liz's advise was spot on. She understood what we wanted and made it better. Day to day supervision from both was flawless. We received a report each day of the proposed work. The various tradesmen arrived on time without fail and did an outstanding job. Everyone were a pleasure to work with. The job was finished on budget and within time and the bathroom looks wonderful. An outstanding job and delighted to recommend.

Just wanted to thank Simply Bathroom Solutions for our magnificent new bathroom and ensuite. They took on quite a challenge with our job, not only had we already purchased bathroom products but we had a set look in mind that we wanted to achieve. Our job was an ensuite upgrade and consisted of removing and replacing the old shower base, shower screen and toilet, relining the walls, waterproofing, and tiling the shower cavity, floor and vanity splashback. Fixtures were sourced and supplied for us. The quote was very reasonable. The tradesmen were punctual, friendly, reliable, clean and tidy, their workmanship was great. The project was finished in a timely and professional manner. Communication between all parties was fantastic. Huge thanks to Liz and Troy and all the tradies for your expertise and a job well done. It was certainly stress-free and hassle free. We love our ensuite!!
