Restoration and Extension: comprehensive roof restoration and extensive rear renovation of a beautiful Heritage listed home. Retaining the integrity of the building while seamlessly blending traditional architectural elements with a more contemporary, efficient and flexible use of space was of utmost importance

The project involved restoring this beautiful Heritage home’s extensive roof and extending the rear of the house to include 3 connected spaces; kitchen, dining and living, all while paying respect to the original character of the home. A Laundry and Butler’s Pantry was also incorporated into the renovation. The end result was the creation of a more efficient and flexible use of space with ample natural light and a greater connection to the outside world - achieved through the inclusion of bi-fold doors, skylights and a cathedral style ceiling
