Indooroopilly Family Home
There is something about colour that makes you smile and feel happy. This was the intent behind this interior scheme for Clarence House, a family home, high on the hill overlooking Indooroopilly in Brisbane.
The changing colours of the expansive view of the sky and the surrounding trees was the inspiration behind the selections and the artwork. The artwork by local artist, Sarah Daly is a commission piece of an overhead view of the landscape based on a map of the suburb where this family have lived for the past 20 years.
As the clients both work from home we designed a comfortable home office that can also be used for relaxing on the weekend. Natural textures and finishes add warmth and inspiration to this home working environment. We look forward to continuing this project in 2024 with the second stage - the Bedrooms.
