A 100 year old dame gets a very modern addition.
Sea Breeze Construct took 12 weeks to partly demolish and renovate a beautiful 100 year old Lilyfield limestone cottage. After demolishing the back areas, removing aesbestos and the years of partial renovations we then added a first floor for bedrooms, extend the ground floor living area to ground floor and added a swimming pool.
