A rather ambitious client wanted to render unuseable drainage land into enough space to hold 2 houses. The landscaping was overlooked but during the course of our engagement we brought the 2 homes to a great modern finish and devised a removeable surface structure to meet both Councils approval and the practical strength required to make it a normal landcape. We sourced far and wide where we could to save money but put more resources into the tell tale finishes like reveals and full height tiles and stone surfaces.
