The movable kitchen island can be repositioned to open up the kitchen and create a much larger entertainment area. The island counter is created from marble, steel and a glass shelf, specially fabricated by Architecture Factory along with the rest of the interior items and design.

This contemporary ensuite features a bespoke concrete vanity on top of a custom built timber frame. The steel and frosted glass shower enclosure is a unique feature.

The exterior is a modern adaption of the terrace house typology that still has a degree of period charm. A new retaining wall, custom balustrade and white panelling bring this home into the modern era.
