An apartment building in the Inner City constructed from modular systems and recycled materials. The facade is made from recycled Australian Hardwood that was designed as a modular system. It was fabricated off-site and then bolted together in sections on the building. The bathrooms were fabricated off-site as a series of steel pods that were then delivered to the site and bolted into position. These modular construction techniques allowed for a quicker construction process and minimised errors and other complications. We apply these same techniques to individual units and residences.
