Built in a street largely comprised of Californian Bungalows, this project breezed through planning approval as we considered the existing streetscape carefully, ensuring this new home was in harmony with its more established neighbours in terms of scale, setbacks and materials.

At the rear, the second storey rises behind the roof line (ie. not visible from the street and therefore with respect the the surrounding streetscape. The result is a four bedroom, contemporary family home with unground pool and al fresco living areas.
