A new build that responds to it's coastal environment with a separate, air bnb space on the ground floor and additional quarters upstairs for the owners. Aesthetically the home blends a relaxed seaside look with an international, big city urbanism, perhaps in response to Torquay's position on the global surfing map, along with being the home to many, multi-national surfing brands.
