Elvin Tan from @my_architect_australia was appointed to replan the entire internal layout for a large home in North Balwyn. The client asked Elvin to address the fact that the existing layout was not being optimised or used by the owners. This project included new joinery, wall and floor finishes and selecting new furniture.

The project’s biggest challenges were time constraints and ensuring a consistent look and feel of understated luxury throughout. Elvin produced detailed documentation and joinery drawings that allowed the joiner to work directly off the drawings to accelerate the process. The client also appreciated Elvin’s consistent presence onsite to manage crucial aspects of the renovation. The project was delivered on time, on budget and with very happy clients.
