Natural stone benchtops 'Aphrodite'

This kitchen features a long 5m island with stunning natural stone; Aphrodite Quartzite in 30mm thick slabs. Polytec Federation Shaker doors in satin lacquer Calm White with feature canopy hood section and eye catching tile design complete this renovation in Sorrento. Handles are Castella Harvest Brushed Tin.

This island is over 5m long and is wrapped around 2 columns which for structural reasons, had to stay. Due to it's long length, a join in the bench was necessary - only just visible behind the sink.

The angles and curves were quite necessary to cover gaps in timber floors, but have ended up a lovely feature.
