Newcastle Residence
Situated north of Sydney and the Central Coast, in the stunning Newcastle Hunter region, is our latest completed project. Perched upon gently sloping acres, we took inspiration from its rural setting introducing a huge open plan layout providing our clients with luxurious living and entertainment areas.
The build featured 280m2 of Red Mahogany hardwood flooring that tied beautifully in with the slate veneer Axolotl stone that was used on the kitchen's joinery.
Smoke tinted glazing with sandblasted patterning accommodated privacy while adding an aesthetically pleasing charm to the doors on both the master bed and butlers pantry. A huge 3.1m sliding glass door with Matt Black barn door hardware added a stunning feature to the homes bar/tasting room, concealing the bar's joinery when needed.
The master ensuite showcases a Neolith wall and floor tile both with dark moody tones, while gold mosaics wrap around a gently curved wall & freestanding bath.
We elevated the once outdoor alfresco area, matching it with the internal floor heights. Introducing a giant stacker door spanning over 12m. This gave the homeowners an extremely large and versatile secondary living/entertaining space that could be used all year round.
