It has been such a pleasure to work with P.Built for our renovation on the central coast. The P.Built team are extremely hardworking, professional, reliable, honest and respectful. They have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, take pride in their work and are easy to work with. P.Built transformed our old, dark investment property into a light filled architecturally designed coastal retreat. Apart from the complex site, we were also faced with challenges presented by Covid lockdown and restrictions. In addition, the project site was located on the central coast whilst we resided in Sydney which meant that we could not physically be onsite on a regular basis. These barriers were overcome easily through constant communication via email, phone calls and zoom meetings. Daily updates, photos and progress status were facilitated through a building app which enabled us to track budget, timeline and status efficiently. This building app was also accessible to all project team members including ourselves, architects, builders and contractors and this ensured everyone was always kept up to date. Our project brief was not simple. It involved a full internal renovation, custom joinery, leveling floors, adding a mezzanine level and opening up and extending the rear to maximise and capture ocean views. We now have more light, more living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. With this complexity, P.Built delivered beyond our expectations, on time and on budget. Throughout the project, neighbours also commented on P.Built’s work ethic, respect, professionalism and communication. The building site was always kept neat and tidy and P.Built always strived to minimise disruption to neighbours. This was important to us as we were not physically on site on a regular basis due to Covid and distance. We have been so impressed with the quality and workmanship from P.Built and we have no hesitation in recommending P.Built.

Hi Pat Our family would like to Thank you and your team for the recent renovations at our home. We recently decided to renovate our kitchen and with this replace the front door and back door, Kitchen window to an inside out servery and opened another room to enlarge our entertainment area. Right from the start we had great confidence with you and your team. Your team were very respectful, thoughtful and easy to talk to about what was happening on our site. Both Bruno and Ben handle all delays with the other trades in a very impressive professional and concise way, I appreciated the communication from both when things were not going to plan and understood that in any build issues can arise, they never faulted in trying to keep the job going and to minimise disruption to the home. I have two(2) boys who saw what it is to be solid hard working tradesman. The access provided by Builder trend immediately allowed us as clients to be kept up to date and have the knowledge of when the different subcontractors would be on site (what days and when tasks were completed), it also streamlined the communication process. It allowed us to approved all variations online and have all the information in one place – I was able to load my own photo’s also of the different stages this made me feel in control and part of the process. It also allowed us to see when payments would be due and for how much, this took away any stress of when progress claims were due and where we were up to with changes to PC and PS items and variations. Pat and his team are true professionals. Their workmanship is top notch,, and they take a lot of pride in the finished product. Most importantly, their ability to communicate project status at each point of delivery was excellent. A large reovation can be a nerve wracking experience, but constant feedback from the P.Built team and 'on time' and 'on cost' delivery make all the difference.

we bought a new home earlier this year and hired P Built constructions to fix up some issues identified on the building report, including replacing our flooring, fixing the firewall in the roof and renovating our bathroom. Pat kept us updated throughout the process, providing photos of progress and identified any areas where the project deviated from the quote. He was helpful and professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to renovate.

There were three things that were important to us when choosing a builder. 1. Quality Workmanship in all areas of a major renovation and or rebuild. 2. Trust. We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.
