Street appeal was an important factor for the design of this home. The clients wished for a modern design that would appeal to most tastes, yet still be distinguishable from surrounding homes. The high ceilings in the front of the home allowed a highlight window and timber beam feature to the entry. The mixture of texture and materials in the front façade including smooth render, ‘Scyon – Stria’ horizontal lines, timber and metallic brickwork, creates an interesting and appealing look that the clients are extremely happy with.
The home was to be designed to allow side vehicle access, room for a shed, pool and grassed play area for all possible future home owners.
