Completed in 2019 the project involved the major renovation of an existing tired townhouse. Described as 'bog standard' in its original state, the house had good bones, scale and orientation proving it had the potential of becoming something special. Teaming up with CIA Projects and Richard Blackman Design we set about transforming the house into a contemporary inner city dwelling improving connections between spaces and correcting the awkwardness and under utilised parts of the floor plan.
