The Boulevarde, Epping
Custom designed to specific client brief, set in conservation area of Epping, this picture perfect beautiful new split level house is deceptively large from inside.
With the land sloping down, away from the street, it provided a perfect opportunity
to develop no significant contribution to the streetscape.
The aim was to give a complete facelift to the entire house with a fresh new look-a contemporary style design with open plan living. The idea was to elevate and articulate the front and side street facades to give it an identity and street presence that enhances the
streetscape and neighbourhood.
A sensitive and thoughtful design has emerged after careful site analysis and selection of right materials. Most importantly, the use of the right scale, materials, proportions and articulation of facade has manifested this project into delightful and rich architectural experience.
