For the Hazelbrook House design for Oasis Developments Australia, we wanted to create a design that was environmentally sustainable in both design orientation and materials specification. We also used Passive House principles to create the most energy efficient building that we could at the most economical price. We set out to push the boundaries of quality, environmentally sensitive design to demonstrate the way in which a house can be more than just another building. By employing many eco principles, Oasis Developments Australia’s mission was to deliver a house that is more comfortable and healthier to live in and more economical to run.
