Being built on a sloping wedged-shaped block in Applecross, this custom-designed residence takes its inspiration from the Colonial plantation homes of old. With its window shutters, extensive decking, plantation fans, raking ceilings and rich dark timbers contrasting with a light colour palette, it captures the laidback coastal style we associate with luxury retreats in Hawaii and the Caribbean.
