Had a lot of fun designing and build our new home. Our Designer asked a lot of questions providing lots of images for us to decide what we liked/didn't like. Prestart was very thorough with lots of information given for what showrooms to visit. Construction went smoothly with no real hiccups. The Supervisor met with us weekly on site to discuss progress and took our calls/emails when we had questions/concerns. All in all a great experience and a great team helping us build a home for our growing family.

We are an air-conditioning business that deal with building companies on a daily basis. Rarely do we deal with one that is as thorough a Oswald Homes. Their plans show in detail the air-conditioning grille and penetration locations etc before they go to site, so the roof carpenters and brickies etc build the air-con into their works. This philosophy of detailed design flows through to their build process which in turn makes things from our end run very smoothly and leaves a much better finish.
