Timeless Elegant Simplicity
Create an elegant kitchen with this minimalist design
Simple but effective was the design mantra for this kitchen. The kitchen is open plan flows into a similarly themed dining and living space, perfect for the modern professional to enjoy their downtime.
Minimalist does not mean a lack of practicality or style. Jon and Julie chose dark worktops and borders for the tall larder units to complement neutral, glossy doors for a chic finish. Ample storage space comes from the tall larder units, complete with clever in cabinet storage for all those kitchen staples.
The island in middle of the room provides ample work surface for prepping food. A double wine cooler is integrated into one side of the island – an essential feature for any good host. On one end of the island sits a piece of solid oak wood, creating a clear separation between the kitchen and the seating area.
The sink and tap at one end are framed by the cabinet to open up the room and create an attractive feature. The finishing touch to the perfect modern day kitchen.
‘From the initial design to the completion of the project we cannot fault Neil and his team for their professional manner and high quality workmanship. We chose Alchemy design as Neil's concept for our new kitchen was different to other companies we had considered. He was the only person to give us some new and exciting ideas and gave us the kitchen of our dreams. We would not hesitate to recommend Alchemy design’
