From the street the peerless beauty of what would appear to be a modestly sized inner city cottage artfully masks a home with plentiful space for everyone in this active family. We explored the best ways to maximise the living spaces on this limited footprint and reconfigured the two storey dwelling allowing living space to flow from expansive entertainment areas out to a stone terrace, landscaped gardens and swimming pool and on to a sun filled studio retreat above a double garage.
