This project was the rejuvenation of a three level house with views to the harbour and Spit Bridge. The original three level house had a granny flat on the lower ground as a separate residence and no flow from first floor, ground and pool area. The new design created a family home with functional access to lower level and fenced in pool with new sun deck. The Northern façade was newly cladded to enhance the entrance and the reconfiguration of the windows changed the look exterior to a contemporary home. Reconfiguration of kitchen and living spaces now creates an open plan living area on to an open terrace, the redesign of the outdoor pool area allows for better movement around the pool and included a covered BBQ entertaining area.
