This major renovation and extension project at Clarence Park in Adelaide's inner southern suburbs consisted of improvements to the front facade, a complete re-roof, and internal renovation works, including a new master bathroom and living room. The extension included the addition of an open plan kitchen and dining/ sitting room, walk-in pantry, laundry, study, and master bedroom with walk-in-robe and ensuite. The outdoor space included two decks, a pergola crafted from reclaimed timber, custom pool fence and new fencing around the entire property.
