We have been delighted by our Adelaide renovation and the professional approach by Craig and his team. The 1905 sandstone cottage required a special treatment to match interiors to period and the workmanship was outstanding. We were based remotely in Sydney and Craig always kept us informed and confident of the progress and outcomes. Beautiful finishes, on time and on budget. We recently engaged Craig Linke Bespoke Building to undertake a moderate sized renovation project knowing we would be overseas while a majority of the work was to be completed. From the beginning it was clear that Craig and his team of polite, trustworthy and professional workers were very different from past contractors. There was at all times excellent communication , well thought out improvement suggestions and a high degree of respect for our home. The attention to detail was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble to add in, omit or enhance , which resulted in an overall result of the highest quality. We returned to find the most stunning new spaces which totally exceeded our expectations. We look forward to working with Craig on future projects.

From the word go work progressed quickly and we experienced no delays because of other jobs or availability of contractors. The work was all of high quality and even other trades and suppliers commented on the quality of the work which was very reassuring. Craig was always attentive, very professional, and friendly. CLBB delivered a home we will enjoy for many years to come; a home that is a reflection of our style and of Craig Linke’s attention to detail. We had a clear vision of what we wanted, and we were very involved in the project, but nothing was too much trouble. The team work diligently and treat the site not as their worksite, but as your home, sweeping up at the end of the day even when there were literally no walls up! This gave us great confidence in the quality and care they would take with the finishes. The cost-plus contract was a great way to feel in control of expenses, always knowing what things would cost and having choice in which trades would work on our home. We could not be happier with the result and truly enjoyed the experience.. Let’s do it again!

Craig Linke and his team at Bespoke Building created an amazing outdoor entertaining area that exceeded all our expectations. Craig, as the manager, and his team of expert tradespeople worked tirelessly to finish each stage of the project to perfection. Their impeccable attention to detail, flawless communication skills and openness during the whole process are some of the reasons why the end result is so impressive. Craig’s attention to detail and perfectionist approach also extends to his choice of subcontractors. The electrical and plumbing work, the renedering , polished concrete aggregate flooring, pizza oven, automated blind and skylight installation were all amazing. Craig commissioned only the best people to work on all aspects of this project. We have been involved in several extension projects at our home over the past 15 years and Craig and his extended team were by far the best. I was extremely happy with the extension to our house. It blended perfectly and couldn't tell that it wasn't part of the original build. The landscaping in the backyard looked fantastic around the pool. Has completed our home perfectly.

Craig and his team transformed our living area to include a media centre, gas fire and storage. The result was outstanding and the process was easy - they arrived when they said they would, always cleaned up after themselves and respected our property.
