The original site has a total area of 1333sqm. The proposed development involves the subdivision of the existing property into 3 separate lots and a common area lot. The building lot sizes vary from 380sqm to over 400sqm. The three dwellings are detached. They include two, 2-storey dwellings with four bedrooms and one single level dwelling with three bedrooms.
