The home is a ground floor apartment on Mill Point Rd with stunning views of the swan river. The main goal for the renovation was to incorporate design and finishes that the property deserved. An apartment of this caliber warranted high-end luxury that took full advantage of the panoramic river & city views. The previous kitchen was positioned at the front left of the home within a separate room making the space quite limiting for the proposed grand design that the owners desired. Repositioning the kitchen was a concept that the owners were quite open to and along with re-working the kitchen space, an incorporation of a large dining area and a more formal living area were high on the client’s requirements.
