A recently beautifully newly built home for a young family required extra storage for their growing two children. As the family were entering Primary School, the family‘s requisite for extra storage room to accommodate school bags and shoes when they returned home from school was essential.
The large staircase at the entrance of the home, an open area positioned adjacent to the garage could accommodate the extra storage requirements. My client required a furniture piece that would be visually appealing within the space, formilising an entrance within the homes interior.
The owner was after a contemporary design with warmth. Porcelain marble large slabbed tiles flow seamlessly upon entering the home through to the dining. Timber is used throughout their furniture in the home so this was a highly desirable material to be utilised within the built in furniture as well.
