This beautiful home was a new build for a young Family. The owners opted for a large scale single story home with extremely large proportioned living and bedroom areas. My client wanted a space that would be visually appealing within the space without dominating the zone due to its large size.
Integrated appliances were high on the wish list and an extremely large central island to accommodate for casual dining and entertaining with friends and family.

The main kitchen would require 2 dishwashers, single sink, oven, microwave, large gas hotplate, fridge & freezer.

The Scullery would be a space were all the mess would be made, so keeping this area plentiful of storage solutions but all behind doors as the owner felt that they would very rarely close off the door into the area so wanted it to visually remain clean and uncluttered.

The owner wanted a modern design but combined with classic materials. Jarrahs floors were specified throughout the home so this was a highly desirable material to be utilized within the kitchen cabinetry as well. The owner loved marbles and whites also.
