mcrae + lynch have recently completed a semi at North Bondi.The residence was gutted, retaining some of the original features such as the ceilings in the hallway, second bedroom and main bathroom. The client was keen to use eco-friendly and recycled materials where possible...the timber on the breakfast bar and the entertainment/ storage unit are recycled pieces, bamboo was used for the new floors.We designed and drafted the new kitchen, entertainment unit, laundry and bathrooms, we selected fixtures, fittings and equipment throughout. The client is very happy with the result.
